At Davinia Jade's Boutique, we take pride in curating quality pieces for our clients. Because we partner with fulfillment suppliers to bring you the best selection, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, intimates, lingerie, and fragrances are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash refunds except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at style@daviniajadesboutique.com with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at style@daviniajadesboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at style@daviniajadesboutique.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Return shipping for EU withdrawal returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges
At Davinia Jade's Boutique, the following categories are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. These items are carefully curated with your experience in mind, and we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.
- Intimates & Lingerie — including bodysuits and teddies
- Swimwear
- Fragrances — including women's, men's, and gift sets
- Print-on-demand and custom-made items
